'Walking on Water'

This episode felt too (gasp) ER-ish to me. Other than the humorous stuff about the chief's hair - which was pretty funny - it didn't "feel" like a Grey's Anatomy.
I recognize disasters happen and real doctors are sent out into the field to help with triage. And thank goodness they do! But that's real-life. And I don't watch Grey's for real life.
I did love Alex in this episode. What a guy, huh? He was the real 'knight in shining whatever' to me.
And isn't it just the truth that one little thing (or big thing... like an engagement) can get around a workplace like wildfire? And you know what? Cristina had plenty of opportunities to tell Meredith, first. Heck, it might have improved her mood, if she had! But then... the storyline would've been shot to you know where. And wasn't it cute that Preston just HAD to tell Shepherd. Can you blame him? I mean the guy is HAPPY. Is that a crime?
Ok. I know I missed a lot of stuff, but this one didn't hold my attention like the others.
Oh! And you know the all-too-perky doctor who gets into a battle of wits with Callie in the free clinic? You know... McCheesy. Can someone please just slap her?
What is with Meredith and water?
I get the whole symbolism that she's "drowning"... emotionally. But first the bathtub... and then she falls in the water? Well - they can't kill her off. The show is friggin called "GREY'S" Anatomy. She's the GREY, right?

I felt the same way. I found myself cringing a little at the accident site and thinking, "This is why I never watched ER."

But the end? When Meredith fell in?? Wow. I think I stopped breathing. Really. Once the "NEXT WEEK" came on the screen I gasped because I had forgotten to take a breath until then! I think surely they will not kill her off, but it is exciting all the same.

WHAT an episode. I gotta admit, for some reason, this is officially one of my favorite episodes of the whole series. The drama, the reality, the speed and dilemmas? Insane. Every part of the story touched me, and all the emotions seem so real and just shocking, on the spot. Yea, this episode definitely got to me.
Three quick things, first, Alex as knight in shining armor, how excellent, this definitely scored him points in my book. Second, Meredith falls into the water, who is the little girl going to go for help? Maybe Derek? (Don't remember if he's still at the scene). Third, IZZIE!!! Get your confidence back, girl!
CANNOT wait till thursday.

I just saw the latest episode after "Walking on Water" and it was... amazing. I mean, I cannot wait for next Thursday! They couldn't possibly have killed off Meredith because she's the main character and it would just be suicide for the show. Although, I think that it's pretty convincing on account that she saw Denny and the bomb squad man in, what I can only assume as, heaven. I think that, for the next episode or two, Meredith should be in some type of coma or unstable where she would be in 'heaven' as the doctors at Seattle Grace cope. Well, all I have to say is that this show really is amazing.

ok, do you think Shonda would go so far as to kill off Meredith? Maybe have her do a voiceover from above thing? I am really worried after part 2 that she's gone...for God sake, DENNY????

I always laugh when I read Shonda's blog (hahahah I call her Shonda like she's my girlfreind, it kinda feel like it! I love u girl) when she mention how people cuss her out for killing people on the show... last nite i think i experience the same thing! I was like what F.. she killed Meredith!! I went in V-tach, my heart was racing, then i saw Deny that was kinda funny. I cant wait to see what's gonna happen.. I'm almost certain she cant kill Mer, bcoz she is the Grey in grey's anatomy. unless that's it for the show... then again that would be silly.
It was kinda cute seing Chritina gettin emotional, she is the robot girl she dont get scared n she dont care abt anything. anyway Shonda I hope u get this: this is torture making a 3 part episode, cant wait to find out what happen! dang it it thursday yet?

I watched the most recent episode and that was the first ever episode I saw, so when i went on to abc to watch the ones before it, i knew meredith was going to fall in so it wasn't as scary as it was for some of you
