There's no question "sweeps" are over. Man! I should've known. I mean, it didn't bode well when I never could seem to find a preview clip for this week's Grey's Anatomy. Then Ugly Betty was a rerun, so I knew GA would be, too. I was all into the season and ready to get all into the Grey's mood, and Boom! It's over! But never fear. We aren't going to be in a drought for long. (See below!)

The O'Malley Family visits George at the hospital. Meredith is determined to have a more positive outlook on life, and Derek and Addison strive to have a civil relationship.

Friday, March 9th: "Break on Through" (Repeat)
The nurses at Seattle Grace go on strike, leaving the docs to fend for themselves. Meredith makes a mistake in the care of an elderly patient. Izzie treats a pregnant teenager.
